A Geotechnical site Investigation and Design was carried out, as well as a foundation proposal with individual pedestals and connecting beam in the longitudinal direction on a sanitation – drainage layer, for the construction of a new Foundry Unit MA5, on a plot of land owned by ANOXAL SA, in Oinofyta, Boeotia Prefecture. In addition, suitability of excavation materials for the re-foundation of the foundation, after the execution of exploratory wells, was carried out.

The industrial building has a metallic load-bearing structure, with trusses with spans of 20 m to 40 m, placed at approximately 16 m intervals.
